The Pre Congress Workshops will take place on Thu. 20.10.2022 from 13:30.
Participation in the workshops is free of charge, but only possible for registered congress participants.

Some of the workshops will take place in parallel. Please book only one workshop per time slot

Cancellation policy

All registration cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to
office@esci-online.com

In case of cancellation before 31. Aug. 2022
Refund of paid registration fees

In case of cancellation between 1. and 30. Sept. 2022 
Refund of 50% of the registration fees paid.
If no payment is received prior to cancellation, this amount will still be due.

For cancellations after 30. Sept. 2022
No refund of registration fees paid.
If no payment is received by that date, the total amount remains due.
