The Pre Congress Workshops will take place on Thu. 25.10.2025.
Participation in the workshops is free of charge, but only possible for registered congress participants.

Cancellation policy
All registration cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to
info@esci-online.com
In case of cancellation before 31. July 2025
Refund of paid registration fees
In case of cancellation between 1. and 30. Aug. 2025
Refund of 50% of the registration fees paid.
If no payment is received prior to cancellation, this amount will still be due.
For cancellations after 31. Aug. 2025
No refund of registration fees paid.
If no payment is received by that date, the total amount remains due.
